If you need us to provide you with a new closure/frontal, please add one to your cart and purchase everything together at checkout. 

Please note if you have a factory made/ premade wig, this service cannot be completed, if you are unsure please be sure to send a text prior to purchasing.

Estimated completion time varies on volume but should be completed 7-9 days from the time the unit enters into our possession. 

This is a mail- in & return service. 

Shipping details will be shared upon confirmation. 

If you prefer to drop-off: Please note that the ONLY available drop off times are M-F 7 am-8:30 am. If this drop-off time does not work for you, please prepare to mail in your unit to be serviced. 

We are located in Laurel, MD.

Your unit will be shipped back to you as they are completed in order. Please ensure your shipping location is correct.
